Find quick answers to common questions

Visit patient.parsmedicine.com and sign in with your credentials. If you do not have an account, click "Register" and follow the enrollment process.

Log into your patient portal and navigate to "Appointments". You can view available times and book directly. For urgent appointments, call 1-833-PARS-MED.

Log into your patient portal, go to "Medications", and click "Request Refill" next to the medication you need. Your provider will review and approve within 24-48 hours.

Access your complete medical records through the patient portal under "Health Records". You can view lab results, visit summaries, and download documents.

Use the secure messaging feature in your patient portal, or schedule a telemedicine visit at meet.parsmedicine.com.

We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. Contact billing at billing@parsmedicine.com for specific coverage questions.

Log into education.parsmedicine.com with your student credentials. All enrolled courses appear on your dashboard.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, or contact student support at students@parsmedicine.com for manual reset.

Navigate to your course, find the assignment under "Activities", and use the submission button. Supported formats include PDF, DOCX, and images.

Access your grades through the "Grades" section in your student portal. Each course shows detailed breakdowns of assignments and exams.

Use the built-in messaging system in your course, or find instructor contact information in the course syllabus.

Visit the "Resources" section in your course or the main education portal library for supplementary materials, guides, and references.

We support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. For best experience, keep your browser updated.

Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac), select "Cached images and files", and click clear. This resolves most display issues.

Check your username/email spelling, try password reset, or clear browser cookies. If issues persist, contact support.

Log into your profile at profile.parsmedicine.com, go to Security settings, and enable 2FA with your authenticator app.

Click the meeting link in your appointment confirmation or visit meet.parsmedicine.com with your room code. Allow camera/microphone access when prompted.

Close other applications, move closer to your WiFi router, or switch to a wired connection. Lower video quality in settings if bandwidth is limited.
